The product is used for massage procedures for diseases of the peripheral nervous system, vertebral syndromes, metabolic disorders, in order to stimulate adaptation processes of the body, hardening, correction of excess weight, cellulite.
Due to the possibility of adjusting the temperature and pressure of the supplied water streams, the department allows to carry out both Charcot shower and contrast (Scottish) shower. The principle of these procedures consists in intensive mechanotherapy of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles, and, to a large extent, internal organs, as well as in temperature irritation of the patient’s skin. Subsequently, skin hyperaemia is observed, muscle tone increases, metabolic processes accelerate and blood circulation increases.
